* Have a custom-made brochure printed on fine card stock paper. I order for overnight delivery literally hundreds of these brochures, and not only do I personally deliver them to agents around town who only represent buyers, but I will have them distributed to our 500 network offices around the world to be on display for their international buyers.

* Design a direct mail marketing campaign to reach buyers locally and outside Vero Beach. I just recently designed and distributed a large postcard to 5000 of the richest people in Miami. This mass mail out was paid for by me and featured photographs and a lovely description of two of my oceanfront properties on the market!

Here are just a few more things that I will do for you to find you a buyer as quick as possible:

* Introduce your home to our top producing agents.

* Host open houses (if you wish) to drive local awareness.

* Host a caravan this next Wednesday for my fellow agents to preview.
