The locals go to breakfast at the Jaycee Seaside Grill, The Lemon Tree, and 2002 Restaurant (over the bridge on the mainland at Miracle Mile).
If you?re hanging out on the beach and want to run in for a sandwich with your shorts and flip flops on, try Casey?s or Chelsea?s Market (both are on Cardinal Drive), Cravings (Ocean Drive), or the Red Onion. For a nice lunch, try the Lemon Tree or Bobbys (both are on Ocean Drive), Ocean Grill, Pearl, Riverside Café, or Dockside Grill.
Vero Beach is known for its fine dining! Maison Martinique located in the Caribbean Court Hotel is my absolute fav for 5 star dining! Local favorites are the French Quarter, The Tides, Avanzare, Ti Amo Sempre, Bobby?s, and Ocean Grill.

| Vero Beach is an hour and a half drive to fabulous shopping in Orlando. My favorite is the Mall at Millenia. I leave in the morning, spend the whole day by myself wandering the stores and purchasing a few special things, enjoying lunch and a glass of wine, and driving back to Vero by dinner! |
| Palm Beach is an hour and 15 minute drive from Vero Beach! The Towne Center Mall and The Gardens Mall offer great shoppiing and fine dining.
